HISAKO TAKAHASHI
Barrister and Solicitor

Hisako was born in Japan and immigrated to Kamloops in 1993. She graduated from Westsyde Secondary School and completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at Thompson Rivers University in 2009. Hisako then ventured off to Sydney, Australia to complete her Master of International Business in 2010.

Prior to attending law school, Hisako worked in various sectors and industries. Some highlights of her work experience include working at the Embassy of Canada to Japan in Tokyo and working for an oil and gas company in Calgary, Alberta. In 2018, Hisako received her JD from Thompson Rivers University and worked at two local firms prior to joining our firm in July 2022. She practices as a solicitor in the areas of wills and estates, real estate and business law and is looking to branch into employment law as well.

In her spare time, Hisako likes to go for hikes, spend time with her family and watch sports.
