ELMER EPP
RETIRED PARTNER
Elmer Epp graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (English) in 1969 and Bachelor of Law in 1980, both from the University of British Columbia. He completed his articles at the predecessor firm to Taylor Epp & Dolder and was called to the Bar in 1981. Elmer joined the firm Taylor Epp & Dolder and practiced with them for 30 years until the firm merged with Cates Carroll Watt in 2011, forming the firm that would eventually become Cates Ford Soll & Epp.
Elmer has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate and land law (both residential and commercial), along with assisting clients in the establishment and execution of wills, estates, trusts, and powers of attorney.
When not in the office, Elmer can be found on the fairways of local golf courses, in his garden or fishing.
Elmer retired from practice in 2023, but our firm strives to continue to provide the quality advice and diligent service which has kept his client coming back for years. Get in touch with us to schedule an appointment.
