DANIELLE OLIVER
Barrister and Solicitor
Danielle is an agile and strategic litigator who provides legal services across a broad range of litigation types, including construction, consumer, estate, contract, and employment law. Called to the bar in 2017, Danielle also has extensive experience in family and child protection issues and maintains an active family law practice. Danielle strikes a balance between zealous advocacy and finding efficient and practical solutions to her clients’ problems.
She received her Bachelor of Science Honours degree from Queen's University (2012), majoring in Biology, before pursuing her Juris Doctor at Thompson Rivers University (2016). She is a member of the Kamloops Food Policy Council and a volunteer with Emergency Support Services. In her spare time, she can be found exploring the mountains with her dog, tinkering in her local community garden, or hosting dinner parties for friends and family.
