CHRISTOPHER SOLL

Christopher was raised in Kamloops from the age of seven and has strong ties to the community. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University College of the Cariboo (now Thompson Rivers University) in 2004. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2007 and was called to the bar in 2008. He received accreditation from the Law Society of British Columbia to serve as a family law mediator in 2013. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C. and the Kamloops Collaborative Family Law Association.
Christopher has practiced law in Kamloops for his entire career, first as an associate and then partner with his father, Stephen Soll, and now as a partner at Cates Ford Soll & Epp. He practices primarily in the areas of family law, estate planning and criminal law. He has argued at all levels of court in British Columbia and has extensive experience in litigation, mediation and collaborative practice. He is committed to crafting unique legal strategies and solutions that meet his clients’ needs, expectations and budgets.
When not at the office, Christopher enjoys snowboarding, traveling and spending time with his family.
